Abstract

Scorpions are members of the class Arachnida and are closely related to spiders, mites, and ticks. They are commonly thought of as desert dwellers, but they also live in Brazilian forests, British Columbia, North Carolina, and even the Himalayas and pakistan.Scorpions are among the oldest and most dangerous animals in the world. Research says that the scorpions of earlier times were very dangerous, poisonous and large. The most dangerous feature of a scorpion is its tail, which has a poisonous sting. There are 25 to 30 types of them all over the world, the most poisonous scorpions are black in colour.In classical Punjabi poetry, the scorpion's black color and bill-eating tail have been the center of attention of poets. Most poets associated their beloved's long black tresses and curls with scorpions.
