In present research paper writer has researched about Punjabi Folk-lore through Lok Khydhan (Folk Games). Sports and games means all forms of physical activities through casual participation, aim at expressing or improving physical fitness and mental well-being, forming social relationships. In this article the writer focus on our cultural heritage through the folk games which have the great importance in our life. This research paper is also about the wisdom and life style through these folk games of Punjab. The present research is no doubt important and informative in this perspective.
