Abstract

Script presents a language as a seeable entity. This modern era of science requires paying intention to all aspects of language, because a language cannot survive except script. Script of Punjabi is an interesting field if research, because Punjabi scripts are so diverse. This article is a light glimpse on this diversity of Indian scripts. It will introduce readers with different traditions of Punjabi scripts, like Khojki, Landa, Sarafi, and many others. After Introduction it raised a fundamental question about the primary script of Punjabi script. In simple words; which script is primary root of Punjabi scripts? Which nation is creator of this script? How this first script affected modern scripts? Moreover this debate this article examine a critical analysis of three Landa script and there evolutionary steps.
